	Counties eligible for Federal Disaster Assistance: Bollinger Butler Cape Girardeau Carter Iron Madison Reynolds Ripley Scott St. Francois Stoddard Wayne those applying for assistance need their Social Security number, current and pre-disaster address, telephone number, insurance information, total household annual income, a routing and account number from their bank, a description of losses that were caused by the disaster.
